George Ernest Falkner, Sr. opened this men’s clothing and furnishings shop in Balham Hill, London, England around 1900. Unfortunately, it was not successful and George subsequently filed for bankruptcy. He relocated to Toronto, Canada where he met and married his wife, Florence Jones Falkner. They had two children: Emma May Falkner and George Ernest Falkner, Jr..
