Adolph Wilhelm and Christine Dreier Blumenstiel, late 19th Century. Adolph Wilhelm Blumenstiel married Christine Nieman Dreier, a widow, following the death of his first wife, Christina Vaupel in 1889. Adolph was a stone mason by trade and is said to have erected the monument to the Lincoln-Douglas Debates in Freeport, Illinois.
