Sam and Martha Vaupel Mayer

Martha Vaupel Mayer (1857-1961) and husband, Samuel Mayer (1858-1942). She was the daughter of Christian Vaupel and Anna Elisabetha Neuman and sister of my great-great grandmother, Christina Vaupel Blumenstiel. Martha Vaupel migrated to Freeport, Illinois, USA from Reichensachsen, Hessen with her brother, John Vaupel, in 1880.
