Hiram Jarrell gravestone (1808-1889). Hiram was the son of Richard Jarrell and Elizabeth Herndon both of Virginia and Tennessee. Hiram married Nancy Jane Bernard 25 December 1827 in Rockingham County, North Carolina and became the father of nine known children. He was my 3x great-grandfather. Buried in the Jarrell Family Cemetery in Sainte Genevieve, Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri, USA .
