Adolph Wilhelm and Christine Dreier Blumenstiel, of Freeport, Illinois, USA (early 20th Century). Adolph married Christine Nieman Dreier, a widow, following the death of his first wife, Christina Vaupel Blumenstiel, in 1889. Adolph was a stone mason by trade and is said to have erected the monument to the Lincoln-Douglas Debates in Freeport, Illinois. He was my 2x great-grandfather, the father of John William Blumenstiel. #falknerjarrell #blumenstielgenealogy #blumenstiel #freeportillinois #illinois #illinoishistory #familyhistory #genealogy #familyphotos #ancestry #history #knowyouroots #antiquephotograph #family #vintagephotography #oldphotos #oldphoto #ancestor #antiquephoto #genealogyresearch #familytree #familyhistorian #findyourroots #traceyourroots #familyarchives #greatgreatgrandfather #greatgreatgrandparents #bowlerhat #1900s #sundaybest
