Lois Carney

I had a nice dream about my cousin, Lois Carney (in the photo, with some of her students), and her partner, Lillian, recently. They were school teachers in LA and were together for over 40 years. I was fond of them and wish I had visited more often in the 3 years I lived in LA. I expected to be there longer, but my company moved me across the country and both of them passed away in the next 5 years. Lois was my father’s first cousin. Her father, Terence Carney was the brother of my paternal grandmother, Agnes Carney Falkner. The two branches of the family were out of touch until my great aunt, Sister St. Edmund in England re-connected Lois and my Mom in the 1960s. #falknerjarrell #ancestors #familyhistory #genealogy #genealogyphoto #ancestry #history #knowyouroots #ancestor #genealogyresearch #familytree #familyhistorian #findyourroots #traceyourroots #genealogia #familyarchives #vintagephotograph #savinghistory #findingroots #carneygenealogy #carney #losangeles #la #cousins💕 #cousin #cousins #teacher #schoolteacher #specialeducation #specialcousin
